The high-pressure polymer melt on the discharge side passes through the hole in the bearing and enters the bearing from the bottom of the bearing. 2. Rotor pump double end mechanical seal to avoid axial leakage. The shaft seal device of the rotor pump adopts a double-end mechanical seal, which changes the leaky axial seal into a static seal and an end face seal that are more difficult to leak, preventing air from entering the pump and polymer melt from leaking. The seal is reliable and can be used. The requirements of long service life, low frictional power loss, no shaft or shaft sleeve wear, vibration to the rotating shaft, and sensitivity of the shaft to the deflection of the pump body hole.
3. Rotor pump jacketed pump body with good thermal insulation; wide mouth inlet reduces radial force. The pump body of the rotor pump is a three-piece combined structure. Because the polymer melt is in a high temperature melting state, the pump must be able to maintain good heat to prevent the polymer solution from cooling and solidifying. Therefore, the three components of the pump body are jacketed. The liquid or gas heat medium makes the whole pump reach a state of uniform heating and heat preservation. There is negative pressure at the population of the pump, and the high viscosity of the polymer melt makes the radial force acting on the gear journal and bearing very large, which hinders the performance of the pump and affects the service life of the pump.
